At RE/MAX we offer our owners two levels of service so that we can guarantee that every investor and their individual needs can be met.
The two levels of service offered are:
- Full property Management Services which includes:
- Advertising
- Showings to potential tenants
- Qualify the tenants using extensive credit and employment and previous landlord checks
- Drawing up the tenancy agreements in accordance with the RTA
- Handling of all funds such as security and pet deposits, rents, move in fees ect.
- Conduct the move in/out inspection reports
- Conduct quarterly inspections of the property
- On Call 24/7
- Pay invoices relating to the property
- Dispute Resolution services if necessary
- Tenant Placement Services includes:
- Advertising
- Showings to potential tenants
- Qualify the tenants using extensive credit and employment and previous landlord checks
- Drawing up the tenancy agreements in accordance with the RTA
- Collects secured start up funds such as deposits, first months rent and any move in fees and ensures that the tenants provide the owner post dated rent cheques for the balance of the term.
Full property management option is perfect for out of town owners or local owners who want to stay at arms length and provides them with the peace of mind that their investment properties are being professionally maintained and looked after.
Tenant Placement is only offered to those who live within a 100 km radius and is a good alternate option for those local owners who just want to ensure that their investment property is being properly marketed and that they can be assured that they are getting the best tenant possible and that the tenancy agreement is the most current and that it protects their interests.
